Fr\u00e4s i olivolja i trakt\u00f6rpanna eller wok, inte f\u00f6r varmt. Sk\u00e4r korven lite diagonalt och fr\u00e4s. L\u00f6s upp k\u00f6ttbuljongen i vatten och h\u00e4ll p\u00e5. Ta i \u00e4rtor och majs efter smak. R\u00f6r ut kryddmix i cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche och r\u00f6r ner, alt. r\u00f6r ner tacos\u00e5s. M\u00e4t upp ris s\u00e5 det matchar vattenm\u00e4ngden. Koka tills riset \u00e4r klart. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att det blir starkare ju l\u00e4ngre det kokar, s\u00e5 smaka av sist. Det ska bli ganska stampigt och absolut inte bl\u00f6tt. Servera med chilis\u00e5s och tabasco.<\/p>\n<p>Om man gillar mexmat kan man g\u00f6ra en r\u00f6ra med koriander och lime i cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, eller pynta med koriander p\u00e5 pannan.
